Automatic rotary labeling machine RE202
The new RE series of vial labelers by the Marchesini Group shows great attention to ergonomics. The
base has been considerably reduced, and all the onboard mounted heads have been moved more closely within the operator’s reach, guaranteeing maximum accessibility. The 
machine’s vial conveyance carousel is offered in different versions, on which labeling, printing, inspection and handling operations can be carried out. RE, which easily reaches high production speeds (400 vials/min), can process products of irregular shape and transport unstable vials, as well as pucks.
Moreover, multiple labeling heads can be installed, and the unit can integrate an adhesive unit for booklet insertion on the side of the vial. RE applies labels with a high degree of precision even at high speeds and ensures utmost care in handling products destined for the cosmetics sector.
The RE labeler, produced by Neri, works at a speed of 400 vials/min. A detail of the innovative RE202, which guarantees maximum accessibility.
FSP-05 filling machine for pre-filled syringes
The new FSP-05 by the Marchesini Group fills/stoppers syringes in nests was developed in order to meet the new demand of the packaging industry for so-called “pre-filled syringes”.
The machine is extremely compact, with a modular conception in order to work at the desired speed: indeed, it can be equipped with 2-5 filling/stoppering stations and reaches a maxim
um productivity of 10,000 pieces/h. Its compactness and the special design of the work areas guarantee easy integration with the line, with various layouts and materials flow options. Furthermore, its ergonomics and the optimal arrangement of the controls make it possible to easily integrate dosing and feeding systems.
All normally used dosing systems are available, as well as stoppering systems to eliminate the oxygen trapped between product and stopper, inert gas flushing, product recirculation and emptying systems are available. Maximum protection of the syringes is guaranteed.
The FSP-05 filling/stoppering machine for syringes, extremely compact, guarantees flexibility, reliability and precision in dosing. It can be equipped with 2-5 filling/stoppering stations and reaches a maximum productivity of 10,000 pieces/h.
