From research to market
«Derma is based on innovative proprietary technology developed by Enoplastic R&D» explains Michele Moglia on the topic of the project’s origin and evolution. «In fact, we have developed a revolutionary closure that combines reduced environmental impact of the product life cycle with extremely high technical quality. After pre-converting testing on the material, Enoplastic tested Derma directly on the bottling lines of some of its best customers, with results as satisfactory during capsule production as application, where performance proved constant and aesthetic appeal enhanced.
The Derma production process is clean and controlled, with a total CO2 reduction of 11.56%, and resulting green effects on the customer acquisition chain. Derma’s consistent physical characteristics over time, improved adhesion to glue on the bottle (compared to the same capsule made with traditional polylaminate), as well as easier application even at high speeds, represent a sort of seal guaranteeing continuity and quality».

Such is the case of GreenLeaf, which Enoplastic is offering as the most ecological and customizable safety closure ever made, an alternative to the classic screw-on cap. This innovative and eco-friendly system is made from 50% less material than a 30x60 cap, and can be completely decorated in accordance with customer specifications.
