EXACTA for food and pharmaceuticals
EXACTA FP 12/6 is a latest generation filling-capping monoblock developed by Ronchi Mario SpA, created with the help of over half a century of experience in the construction of bottling installations used by major global personal care and household brands.
A go-to supplier for the most important multinationals, with an active, constant and qualified presence on the global packaging market, the Ronchi Mario SpA company develops a solution that enables it to take on the food sector. The concern’s consolidated expertise in building high technology, high yield filling lines has given it the impetus to design and build a revolutionary and innovative filling-capping monoblock: the latest generation EXACTA FP 12/6 (“FP” stands for Food & Pharmaceutical).
Presented to operators at the last Ipack-Ima in Milan, the decision proved to be a wise one indeed, considering the consensus gathered and a level of interest shown beyond every expectation.
Designed after a long and in-depth study of the applicable standards currently in force, and without foregoing the high technology solutions that have always distinguished the Ronchi brand, the new filling-capping monoblock’s technical characteristics make it compact, ergonomic and efficient.
Hygiene and high efficiency in a single installation
The EXACTA /FP 12/6 with reduced pitch for filling and capping containers, bottles and jars of various shapes.
• In particular, the filler is made in an “ultra clean version”, with high surface finish and parts in direct contact with the product (from the collector to the filling nozzles) made completely out of 316L steel and with FDA-certified components. Suitable for food and pharmaceutical products.
The installation includes 12 filling stations for a speed of up to 150 bpm and inductive magnetic flow meters (excellent for ultra-hygienic requirements and SIP); as with all EXACTA series fillers, it is also available in a version with mass-type flow meters.
The new washing system with recycling collector offers solutions that guarantee absolute hygiene of the closed circuit system both while running and on hold; CIP and SIP washing operations are made extremely quick and can be controlled automatically using the operator panel.
• The capping heads feature brushless servomotors, guaranteeing maximum flexibility, whether with screw-on or oriented caps. Both screw-on and orientation parameters are set up and adjusted using the operator panel; the panel is also used for motorized height adjustment (even when using a cap sorter and camera).
• The monoblock (with low height and weight) features a draining base with double inclination, which facilitates cleaning and sterilization. An external collecting tray, reduction of the loading points of handling parts on the base cladding, servo-motorized in-feed scroll and simple format changeover (special devices allow a rapid disassembling of the various components with no tools) round off the characteristics of EXACTA /FP 12/6.
