Filling & capping line for ophthalmic products

Among the most recent projects, Omas Tecnosistemi has recently supplied a sterile line for filling & capping ophthalmic products, installed into a frame with OPEN RABS and LAMINAR FLOW.

These devices are able to verify the degree of cleanliness of the air into the machine. The speed is 6000 bottles per hour and the Monobloc is fully automatic. Electronically controlled rotary pumps fill the product.

An automatic Pick & Place makes the orientation and the insertion of the caps. Servomotors with torque control drive the screw cap station. The line is supplied with software for CFR-21 part 11 and it is complete with the validations IQ-OQ-DQ.
