Focus on water treatment and process
Mitsubishi Electric will be bringing new integrated automation solutions that exploit the e&eco-F@ctory concept to SPS/IPC/Drives Italia. In the spotlight applications for the grow
In the spotlight applications for the growing LifeScience and Water Treatment markets, and, in the context of process solutions, DCS (Distributed Control System) “PMSX Pro” based on the iQ Platform, to be previewed at Parma.
Here follows some scanty anticipations.
• The new generation of FR-A800 inverters, characterized by powerful built-in features that optimize operational efficiency, energy balance and of plant productivity. Power of 750W.
at 1MW; high flexibility thanks to the integrated PLC CPU derived from the powerful Q PLC Mitsubishi Electric; eleven network options; total retro-compatibility with FR-A700.
• The innovative GOT2000 series inherits the characteristics of GOT1000 and introduces more advanced functions to increase plant productivity and energy efficiency, a new processor for HMI GT27 that provides twice the speed and smoother graphics, a memory that is 4 times as big and a new intuitive control system.
• Their stand will also feature FX5 PLC, which sets a new standard of modern compact PLCs, offering triple the speed, unprecedented performance and slashed operational costs;
Lastly, to meet the growing demands in the field of water treatment, the ME-RTU-FX that enables the monitoring of the digital and analog remote field parameters of remote stations, and to transmit the collected data to the central monitoring will be presented at the fair. Of note, in particular, the new smart RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) that combines the robustness and reliability of PLC technology with the most advanced communication techniques, and has a very low energy consumption.
