Investing in the future

Ronchi Mario SpA looks ahead and revamps: a new corporate image and expansion of its production space; while bringing new solutions to interpack.

PG-Blois-05_web.jpgRonchi opens 2017 with a new communication campaign that, with the usual consummate skill, interprets the spirit of an Italian enterprise that in 50 years  has become a leading manufacturer of filling, capping, orientation and re-ordering systems for the food, household detergents and personal care sectors.
In which the principles that inspire its activity are clearly stated: maximum attention to technological evolution and to the opportunities offered by the global market, where the company has grown as a privileged partner of large multinational companies, thanks to an extra-ordinary service and innovation capacity.

New spaces, new systems and established partnerships
The renewal will continue to be supported by first-class technological expertise and financial strength, starting from the recent inauguration of a new building of 5 thousand sqm (close to the company’s original Gessate HQ), needed to expand the production space and machine testing area.
A matter of due course and a must to enable the company to meet and keep up with partner-customer investment trends.
But also in strictly technological terms innovations abound.

Ronchi Mario SpA in fact will be taking part at Interpack 2017 presenting the result of a joint achievement with two leading companies in the packaging world, SMI Group and PE Labellers, a new feature for the Lombard concern. In fact, at the fair they will be presenting a complete packaging line, specifically for the healthcare, homecare and beauty-care sectors, consisting of a blow molder, filler, capper and labeling system.
At stand A48, Hall 8A the company will also be showing the Exacta R 12/6 filling and capping monobloc, fully equipped with filling flowmeters and capping cam.
An advanced version of the machine that has marked an era, it is now “ultra-clean” with a closed circuit C.I.P. for a more efficient cleaning process, performed automatically from the control panel.
Each capping station is equipped with an independent servo-motor that ensures maximum production flexibility and highly accurate torque control. The new machine is able to handle screw-, pressure and directional caps.
