Product overview. A folding carton designed for the IP55 3M Linea cover with screws, combining protection, shelf presentation efficiency, and low environmental impact. The solution optimises material use while enhancing the product’s appeal at the point of sale, ensuring integrity and perceived quality.

Innovation. The packaging uses the carton board “inside out”: the coated surface faces inward to protect the product. A die-cut window showcases the colour without additional plastics, retaining a single-material design. The hidden euro-slot hanger improves shelf display.

Materials used. Vinci White carton board, 350 g/m², selected as the minimum grammage to ensure strength, correct folding, and resistance when hung on a hook. The material contains 86% recycled fibres and is FSC® certified. Printing is carried out in two colours using water-based inks.

Technologies. The carton is manufactured using established printing and die-cutting technologies, optimised to guarantee precise folding and aesthetic quality. Special attention was given to the die design to prevent cracking of the carton board during forming.

Environmental benefits. The pack is single-material paper and easily recyclable. Vinci White carton board contains 86% recycled fibres and is FSC® certified, ensuring a responsible supply chain. The absence of plastic in the window further reduces the overall environmental impact.

Benefits for end users. The packaging allows the product colour to be visible without opening the pack, simplifying selection at the point of sale. Being made entirely of paper, it is easy to dispose of and recycle, enhancing user experience and sustainability.
