Product overview. Resealable packaging system consisting of a tray made from FSC-certified paper and a patented resealable film developed by Smilesys SPA. Innovation. The system combines a 100% recyclable paper tray with a high-performance resealable film, eliminating rigid plastic lids. Materials used. FSC-certified paper tray, fully recyclable in the paper stream. Technical resealable film featuring anti-fog and UV protection, certified for food contact, capable of over 20 reseal cycles. The system is designed for easy separation of components at end-of-life.

Technologies. Integrated system with an FCS-certified paper tray coated with a very thin polyethylene layer (<5%) and a resealable plastic film printed in register.
