Danish specialist in palletizing solutions, Palcut A/S brings to Ipack Ima Flex-Sheet, for in-house production of single interlayers as needed, but also a new app, which simplifies the management of orders and stocks of Antim paper.

Flex-Sheet cuts interlayers in 1/1, 1/2 and 1/4 pallet sizes and places them on a platform which can then be transported to the packaging lines. Based on the Palcut sheet dispenser (also used for fully automatic systems) it hence guarantees great flexibility, and a reduction of space for paper warehouse storage. In addition, its compact size enables easy positioning.
Antim anti-slip paper, which eplaces corrugated sheets, is supplied in coils of up to 5,000 meters and in different weights, from 90 to 400 g/m2: the special coating gives the paper the properties that stabilize the pallets, reducing the risk of damage during transport.

The new app, designed to simplify the management of orders and stocks of Antim anti-slip paper, completes the Palcut proposal at the fair. One only needs to open it, scan the QR code with ones mobile phone, enter the number of coils needed and press “send”. The app has been designed to be integrated into the customer’s procurement management system, it supports the automation routine, ensuring the production continuity of palletizing lines.
