Rittal quality and service for excellence in packaging
Specialized in building complete high tech bottling and packaging lines, ACMI Spa (Fornovo di Taro, PR) has developed Easymax, an innovative system that enables producing a logistically strategic packaging made up of three bipacks with handles, ready to be palletized. From an operational standpoint, the machine is characterized by speed equaling that of a modern bottling line, high flexibility, simple functioning, reduced maintenance and particularly low overall bulk. Easymax doesn’t use glue or heat, ensuring environmental and economic advantages.
Since 90% of machines produced by ACMI are sold and installed abroad, it is fundamental that the concern uses quality components and suppliers active on all continents. ACMI has chosen Rittal to act as one of its commercial suppliers thanks to its ability to supply solutions suitable for use on any continent and to respond accurately and promptly to requests from anywhere around the globe.
For the control panels and onboard systems of its machines, ACMI thus uses Rittal’s varnished sheet metal or stainless steel containment systems for greater system hygiene.
Furthermore, Rittal’s bar-based power distribution systems have proven particularly useful for certain types of control panels, fostering effective design of internal setups and facilitating wiring and startup.
ACMI’s partnership with Rittal has also enabled it to optimize its climate control systems, particularly its conditioners, obtaining a level of energy efficiency above the market standard and laying the basis for guaranteeing the correct functioning and long lifespan of its components.
