MAP, all change
The technical gas producer SIAD has developed a new solution to respond to the sensorial expectations of consumers, allowing them to perceive the fact that the product has been excellently preserved.
It gas line Aroma+ in fact marks a change in the concept of protective atmosphere packaging, and ensures not only the preservation of the shelf life, the quality and the appearance of the food, but also the original fragrance. The range of blends devised is based on a combination, in especially set percentages, of oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide molecules enriched with natural aromas, enhancing the aromatic profile that should be as coherent as possible with the preservation process, without obviously altering or masking the flavour of the packaged product.
The partnership with Almi (expert producer of ingredients and aromas) enables the covering of a whole range of foodstuffs: from fresh pasta to red, white or dark meats; from fish to ready processed fresh produce and so on.
