Heatshrink sleeves: new proposals

Low costs for smaller order quantities, speedy delivery managed efficiently by the same supplier: UPM offers new opportunities in the field of sleeve labels with RafShrink PET Pentafilm 45, a pre-slit transparent polyester film for narrow web printing available from stock.

It can be ordered in small quantities, with short delivery times guaranteed (as little as 96 hours, with a minimum lot of 3,600 sqm) and aboveall, quality is assured with material sourced from the leading producer of shrink-sleeve film (Klöckner Pentaplast). After Corona pretreatment the sleeves are suitable for flexo, gravure and offset printing (the use of special inks for non-absorbent materials is advised).
It can undergo infra-red radiation and hot-air steam and heatshrink tunnels (in this case, to get excellent results, a maximum temperature of around 90°C is advised). Lastly, it offers high shrinkage in transverse direction at low temperatures.
