All-Italian handling
Thanks to intense R&D activities, Rulli Rulmeca has managed to develop numerous “self brand” internal logistics products, which will be available on the Italian market starting in June 2013.
The distribution agreement that tied them to their historic partner having come to an end, Rulli Rulmeca (based in Almé, BG) has begun making its own lines of rollers, motorized rollers, motorized pulleys for materials handling and modules for dynamic warehousing systems. The solutions are ordered by type and described in the catalogs “Rollers and components for handling glues in industrial transport”, “Motorized pulley Unit handling” and “Dynamic warehouse”, all of which share an explicit headliner: “Moving ahead”. Below is a brief summary of available products.
The rollers
Series 111 - Made from technopolymers, lightweight, sliding and low noise, these rollers are suitable for transporting light loads;
Series 117 - Universal use, finding application in a wide range of situations, low noise and suitable even for high speeds;
Series 135/138 - Commanded and loosened by pinion or with a Poly-V pulley, these rollers are suitable for light to medium loads; they can also be employed in the food sector and, used together, enable obtaining various application solutions, flexibility of transport and modularity in the plant;
KRO - Made from polypropylene, these conical rollers are for gravity curves or commanded by chain or Poly-V belts.
Motorized pulleys
The concern offers many types of motorized pulleys: diameters range from 80 to 320 mm, with reduction gear from both steel and technopolymer, as well as in versions with gumming and pulleys for modular belts, in combination with stainless steel frames for food applications.
There are also motorized pulleys with encoder bearings, for use in applications requiring speed and load positioning control.
Dynamic warehouses
Distinguished by inimitable advantages over conventional warehouses, Rulmeca presents a complete range of FIFO and LIFO tracks, the range of roller frames for light loads, including in a Lean Flow version, the Push Back trolley LIFO, and a completely new solution: removable surfaces for managing heavy loads (such as moulds).
