The most recent innovation is the range of BTG machines (Break-Through Generation), launched in 2016. Far from being simple packaging machines, Cama’s complex, high-speed systems are engineered with high technological content according to this new concept.
The new standards mark a milestone in Research & Development in hygiene, ergonomics, safety and ease of use and include the following:
- fast format changes, energy saving engineering, optimization of floorspace and of operating times;
- “future-proof”, intelligent and interactive systems, with a view to Industry 4.0, developed in years of R&D, recognized worldwide;
- optional features of Predictive Maintenance and Continuous Monitoring of packaging lines, by means of Augmented Reality solutions and dedicated “apps” (‘Line Supervisor CamaApp’).
«Our new approach has allowed us to make a difference with regard to the competition» said Annalisa Bellante, co-owner of Cama. «Our concept of integrated modular design is so incredibly flexible that it can adapt to many different applications in the food industry, and beyond».
Keeping pace with the surge in development for Industry 4.0, Cama has perfected smart interactive systems, and «for some time now, we have been working with increasingly advanced solutions for our clients».Cama is committed to constant development, and year after year, it sees increased turnover as a result. The company is expanding its presence in various continents, and is appreciated for the quality of its consulting services and technical support.
