Dosing waxes in drops or pods

The processing of wax based cosmetics is quite simple: One only has to in fact heat the wax, liquefy it and... operate.

The problem that the end user has to face is rather in having the waxes in reduced quantities and sizes, so as to be able to use the required dose without heating up excess material, thereby avoiding unnecessary expenditures of energy as well as the degradation of the product itself.

Tecnicoll Srl (40 years of experience in dosing and packaging products such as hot-melt adhesives, make-up, deo-stick, scented wax, depilatory wax in jars and roll-ons) has developed, patented and presented at the last Emballage Paris innovative equipment designed to meter waxes in general in drops or pods. Entirely in stainless steel and aluminum, fully compact in size, functioning totally electrically, the device is easily programmable via touchscreen.
