Rovema brings the best of its proposals to Interpack (Hall 15, Stand B25), starting with the new BVC vertical machines and its better known and more distributed packaging machines, re-configured and optimized to ensure the highest level of performance. In addition a corner will be dedicated to service, with information on technical assistance, operator training and offers for retrofitting machines and lines more than 10 years old.

Top of the range in three models. The new series of BVC vertical packaging machines, designed to ensure maximum productivity, has been cared for in every detail to carry out, even at high speeds, sophisticated functions such as between jaw product recognition (Sense and Seal) as well as high quality welding. Thanks to an innovative structure, the machines enable the fast and easy performing of cleaning operations, thus always ensuring high line hygiene.
 
Synergies with added value. The proven SBS double block bottom packer will be on display at Interpack in line with RSE box casepacker, enriched with unique technical details. This solution guarantees longer welding times while maintaining the very high speed of 100 bpm; the welding parameters are adjustable from the display; machine monitoring, in real time, occurs through the continuous processing of operational data.
In turn, the very compact EF2 casepacker is striking for its simplicity and rapidity of format change (the user can store formats, retrieving them when necessary).
Along with the SBS it forms a complete packaging line, proposed as an ideal solution for all users where efficiency and economy are essential.
 
Powders in bag-in-box. Last but not least the company offers a second packaging line, composed of the new vertical BVC combined with continuous CMH-C cartoning machine. Rovema thus confirms its expertise in bag-in-box solutions for powder products, offering high packaging quality and hermetic sealing, now a must for any packager, in one single solution.
