Hygienic and high-performance premo® actuators

premo^® is the WITTENSTEIN alpha fully scalable actuator series with DC bus voltage up to 750 V. A series with a screwless design for optimal cleaning, also available with food-grade lubricant, offering maximum power density with low weight.

The modularity and flexibility of premo®, given also by the numerous encoders available (also with single-wire technology), make it possible to obtain a motor-reducer unit with unprecedented scalability.

There are three existing lines, which differ in terms of performance and geometry:

• TP Line. Highly dynamic series with output flange, optimal for advanced positioning and machining applications, such as on flow-pack machines, which require very high production speeds;
• XP Line with smooth output shaft, with exceptional performance, offering great versatility in all sectors;
• SP Line with smooth output shaft and resolver, perfect for positioning applications, thanks to its high power-to-weight ratio and excellent dynamics.
