Inovance at SPS Parma: updates to MD630, MS1-R Series, ATEX and MSG

Inovance arrives at the fair with a broad product line-up, spearheaded by the extension of its MD630 inverter range up to 90 kW, alongside the launch of the new batteryless MS1-R Series servo motors, ATEX solutions and the MSG series, designed for compatibility with European-style motors.

The MD630 AC drive – now extended from the current 22 kW up to 90 kW – is available in two versions: one featuring MDBUS RTU, and another engineered for connectivity via integrated fieldbus protocols including EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, all configurable via parameters.

The extended range – from 22 kW to 90 kW – combines ease of use with cost efficiency and incorporates several key features, such as operation across a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, compliance with all European directives, and an STO function certified to SIL 3.

Inovance is also presenting the new MS1-R Series of servo motors, spanning 50 W to 7.5 kW. Key features include a more compact overall length and the option to equip motors with either 23-bit or 26-bit encoders.

The new series can also be fitted with batteryless encoders, providing a multi-turn absolute encoder without the need for an external battery on the servo drive. A further highlight at the fair is the new MSG servo motor series, ranging from 100 W to 170 kW.

This innovative range offers features aligned with European motor standards, particularly in terms of flange design and shaft diameters. Finally, Inovance is introducing the new SV680N EtherCAT and SV680N EtherCAT Safety servo drives, the latter featuring on-board safety over EtherCAT (FSoE).

Complementing its EtherCAT offering, the company is also expanding its portfolio with the SV680F PROFINET servo drive, with a PROFIsafe-enabled version scheduled for release in the coming months.
