A rotary monoblock at the Mascara Factory

Omas Tecnosistemi presents a line of mascara and lipstick filling machines comprising various versions and models for dosages ranging from 5 to 25 ml.

The line includes completely automatic machines, with tube loading and robots for cap insertion and operational speeds from 50 to 60 bpm.
Dosing is regulated by servomotors, and the design has been studied in order to facilitate cleaning.
At the latest Cosmopack, the company took part in the Mascara Factory event, where it exhibited, among other novelties, the GM1 rotary monoblock for mascara and lipgloss (also available in a linear version called GL1). For this application segment, Omas Tecnosistemi, which operates globally through Swiss, Brazilian and Russian subsidiaries, has also developed a fully automatic version for lipsticks, featuring pouring into silicon ogives of various shapes, also with logo; speeds up to 30 bpm; re-melting station; quality control station; quick format changeover.

The product range of this Lombardy-based concern includes filling machines for cosmetic creams, liquids (shampoos, lotions, etc.), enamels, pressed and poured makeups, as well as for hot filling of liquid or cream products. Omag also builds automatic tube-filling machines.
