Sealpac: new technologies at Interpack and a strategic partnership with Techpartner

With the Series F thermoformer and the “It’s all about your costs” concept, the company strengthens its technological position. In Italy, it has formed a partnership with the Modena-based company

F-Series thermoformer

Sealpac, a German company active in food packaging technologies, used Interpack as a key opportunity to present its technological vision to the international market.

At the center of attention was the Series F thermoformer, a completely redesigned platform engineered to ensure maximum uptime, process stability, and operational flexibility.

The Series F introduces intelligent monitoring systems, integrated packaging assistants, automatic adjustment functions, and an advanced mechatronic architecture. These features help reduce unplanned downtime, optimize energy consumption, and ensure repeatable processes even with innovative and recyclable materials. The servo-driven structure, quick-change systems, and hygienic design complete a solution aimed at enhancing the daily efficiency of packaging lines.

Alongside the launch of the new platform, Sealpac also presented in Düsseldorf the concept “It’s all about your costs,” which places cost per pack at the center of line evaluation. The company highlights how energy, materials, format change times, and process stability are interconnected factors, and how cost reduction can only be achieved through a coordinated system approach. Sealpac thermoformers and traysealers are designed to adapt to real production loads, reduce consumption, and guarantee consistent quality.

Within this technological framework comes the new partnership with Techpartner, announced at the end of May. As emphasized by Ceo Martijn Scheffers, the Italian market has “always been extremely attractive” for Sealpac.

The choice of Modena-based Techpartner stems from the need for a solid, reliable local partner with the technical and commercial expertise required to effectively represent Sealpac technologies. Scheffers points out that the company combines in-depth market knowledge, a structured organization, and internationally consolidated expertise, creating “all the conditions for shared growth”.
