Technology for quality lipsticks

Following its 2014 debut in the cosmetics sector, CMI Industries presents at Cosmopack 2015 the lipstick machine Contact 190SM, designed to resolve issues relating to temperature, preventing the thermal shock so common in conventional lines and adapting to various product technologies - from lip gloss to lip balm.

The main features: dosage stations inserted in the mould heating tunnel, for operating at temperatures very close to those of bulk processing; a cooling zone divided into 3 parts, with separate temperature control for optimal cooling of each product; patented energy recovery system in heating and cooling tunnels.
For motion and work functions, the concern has adopted Bosch Rexroth power and control systems.
