Wide range of labeling solutions

One name, one mission for Wide Range which, at IPACK-IMA, will be presenting its entire range of WR FEEDER friction feeders and DWR ROUND semi-automatic labellers for cylindrical products.

Attention is focused on the new WR FEEDER 400 LABEL version, capable of handling products up to 400 mm wide by applying a label in register at the pass, and then collecting the products by means of a motorized stacker electronically managed by the feeder itself, with performances up to 50 m/minute.

Equipped with micro-adjustments on both the right and left side, it is extremely flexible with any type of package to be labeled; a capacious magazine, with minimum load control, also guarantees great working autonomy.

Managed by a microprocessor, it interfaces with the user by means of a keyboard with LCD display, where it is possible to set all the working parameters (continuous feeding or, on request, feeding of more than one copy, feeding speed, stop delay, stroke counter, memorization of 40 working formats).

Several ink jet encoders with HP technology can be easily integrated, allowing a fast off-line encoding.

Another novelty at the fair is the semi-automatic DWR ROUND 300, which works with labels up to 300 mm wide.
