A "Trust Award" and an additional health policy, both valid for all 50 employees of the company from Calendasco, PC.

These are the initiatives launched in favor of the employees of Laminati Cavanna (lamination of plastic films for packaging). The company, which provides services considered essential as it operates in the packaging supply chain and which therefore supports the distribution chain of packaging for food, drugs, hygiene products, pet food and cosmetics, is working in the full awareness of not being able to stop for the good of the country, but feels a strong sense of responsibility towards workers.

«That's why we decided to provide a so-called "Trust Award" and activate a "Covid-19 " supplementary health policy, both valid for all employees» explains Vice-President Anna Paola Cavanna: «Given that in the May paycheck the government will allocate a bonus to the employees of the companies that continue working activity, we have decided to cover our workers in the same way for the current month: therefore, in April, everyone will find an extra 100 euros net in their paychecks». In addition, an additional “Covid-19” health policy has been activated.

«Should any of our staff were unfortunately positive to the swab - continues the vice president - they will have coverage consisting of a daily allowance and €3,000 for post-hospitalization, this to meet health and rehabilitation costs».
