Livetech’s universe on display
At Ipack-Ima, at the stand of Opessi Srl (the company’s historic agent for the Italian market), Livetech brought the best of its production, the result of know-how shared with its three new divisions. State-of-the-art packaging technologies, a renewed structure that aims to provide complete packaging solutions.
The 2022 edition of the event dedicated to packaging and processing finished with a more than positive outcome, with a public attendance well beyond expectations.
The space reserved for Livetech, spread over an area of about 400 square meters, has hosted hundreds of visitors from Italy, Europe and various non-European countries, demonstrating the renewed desire of the sector to start again with confidence after the difficulties of the last period.
All visitors appreciated the quality and high technological content of the solutions proposed by Livetech.
In fact, the company took the opportunity to present its renewed structure which, in addition to the historic brand, now has three new divisions - Liveflow, Livepal e Livemould.
An overview of complete packaging solutions
In the field of primary packaging, Liveflow showed two horizontal flowpack packaging machines, the X-Flow and the top of range S-Flow.
Livetech offered an overview of the most recent achievements and the most appreciated models on the market. Three mono-functional systems were exhibited: the high-speed cases erector LCE-H and the cases sealer LCS, dedicated to the management of RSC boxes, and the LVF-2 vertical forming machine, optimized to shape cases and trays of various kinds.
The proposal was also wide in the field of multifunctional robotic systems. The LWA-TH, from the “e-Series” range, is the ideal solution to pack bags, doypack, cases, etc. inside wraparound and bottom plus lid boxes. The LTL-3F showcased the potential of the “X-Series” range, a concentrate of performance and technology tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
The LTL-3F-e was also present, an interesting prototype developed in collaboration with important business partners that best expresses the company’s constant desire to invest in the R&D sector.
In the field of palletizing systems, Livepal exhibited the LPA-e palletizing cell, characterized by extreme simplicity and low costs, and a demonstrative module built around an industrial anthropomorphic robot.
In the Livemould area, people were able to explore the world of machines and lines designed and optimized for the moulding of chocolate in all its shapes.
