Alpha-30LHC, mobility applied to the health sector
In a context in which the prevention of healthcare-associated infections (HAI) has become an absolute priority, TSC launches Alpha-30LHC, a mobile barcode printer specifically designed to meet the needs of healthcare structures.
It’s a 3-inch direct thermal printer, which produces labels of up to a width of 72 mm, at a speed of 127 mm/second and a resolution of 203 dpi. The antibacterial housing - tested against E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus and S. aureus which are resistant to methicillin (MRSA) -guarantees protection and duration, thus meeting the needs of a wide range of healthcare applications.
In terms of resistance, it can operate at extreme temperatures (from -20 °C to 50 °C) and can be sanitised with alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite. Meeting the IEC 60601-1 medical standard regarding electricity supply, Alpha-30LHC is able to withstand accidental falls from 1.8 m, according to MIL-STD-810G military standards regarding knocks and vibrations on vehicles, thus enabling total mobility. An intelligent battery (3030mAh) and Wi-Fi e Bluetooth® 5.0 MFi interface with NFC tap-to-pair ensure effective and rapid connectivity, essential for health services dealing with medical emergencies.
