High performance corrosion resistant gearboxes

For industrial packaging applications that require repeated washing of the plants, even with low pressure jets (IP 65) and corrosive substances, WITTENSTEIN offers a complete range of gearboxes (coaxial and angular with shaft output, flange or through hollow shaft) in a corrosion resistant design, characterized by stainless steel interfaces both inlet and outlet, and with casing coated with a two-component lacquer, with the exception of nickel-plated centering.

The historic families SP+ and TP+ families, recently presented in a new technically improved look, are also available in this version. They are recognizable by the distinctive proprietary color (“Innovation blue”), and  feature new binary reduction ratios (8, 32, 64), increases of the maximum acceleration torques of 20% and max speed up to 30%.
The extreme flexibility and configurability of this family of gearboxes allows it to be combined with alpha Advanced Linear System pinions and racks, for applications with medium-high uniformity of rotation requirements, positioning accuracy and tractive power.
