Cibus Tec Parma, 25-28 October 2016

Already open the subscriptions for the next Cibus Tec, show that comes under the international platform devised by the Fiere di Parma and Koelnmesse, and that involves the entire food and beverage industry technology chain.

The fair will feature the following exhibition sectors: fresh fruit and vegetables, preserved and frozen foods (including juices and convenience food); milk and dairy products; meat; cereal derivatives; confectionery; coffee. Space and importance are also dedicated to packaging, logistics, ingredients and analysis and techniques prevention and protection techniques for safeguarding human health.
Cibus Tec 2016 announces a particularly full program of training and update workshops dedicated to each segment of the food market. The organizers are also working to field special initiatives aimed at enhancing processing and packaging technologies, for example by encouraging the exhibition of machines and lines up-and-running, promoting competition aimed at innovation, and supporting new research projects and entrepreneurs (in the special Start-up district). The food industry, directly involved in the steering committee, participates in the planning of the event and helps identify the technological development trends.
