Control of Ondulati Giusti and Cartonificio Fiorentino has been granted to Fiera Srl (Prato, PO) by an industrial group with intentions to guarantee its development with leadership objectives.

A board of directors, made up of industry professionals, has been called to guide the two Tuscan stock corporations, with Alessandro Giusti in the role of president and Giulia Massari and Roberto Ciardi as advisors.
