Cosmetics in pharmacies
The sale of beauty products in Italian pharmacies is on the increase.
In 2014 sales reached a value of over 1,800 million euros, up 0.5% over the previous year, and estimates of the first six months of 2015 indicate a further increase of one percentage point. The Gruppo Cosmetici in Farmacia of Cosmetica Italia (GCF), who provided this data, underlines the trust that consumers place in this channel and the growing importance attributed to the service of guidance and counseling.
