Lenze: automation and social commitment

An extensive product portfolio, financial solidity, innovative capabilities in the automation sector: With these goals to their credit, last September Lenze celebrated its 70 years of business, not by chance at the “Don Gino Rigoldi Foundation” in Milan, for years alongside young people with difficult prospects, to which a sum of money has been donated.

This undertaking was wished for by all of Lenze Italia employees, who preferred  to offer solidarity rather than enjoy a gala dinner.
A multinational specialized in motion centric automation technologies, Lenze proposes complete drive and automation systems, engineering services and tools, in line with industry 4.0.’s most advanced paradigms.
The founding goals of the company however not only cover the development of state-of-the-art solutions, but also the will to motivate and support the growth of the professional skills of individuals. In addition to classical technical and management training, the company offers fruitful periods of work abroad as well as the excellence of their LDP (Lenze Development Program) school, which offers two years training to 12 young talents of various nationalities.
Lastly, a reminder that, via the University of Pavia, each year the young graduates who show the highest abilities in working on the issues of “Industry 4.0” come into contact with the company.
