Merger through acquisition for IMA Industries

The Board of Directors of IMA SpA (pictured: chairman Alberto Vacchi) has approved the merger through acquisition of its concern IMA Industries Srl, on the condition that it revoke its previous project which included Corazza Spa, also controlled by IMA SpA.

Corazza will thus keep its current name. IMA SpA has also given up its plan for a merger through acquisition with another concern under its control, Revisioni Industriali Srl. The transaction does not mean much, since IMA Srl was already wholly and directly controlled by the parent company, and already made up part of its assets. The transaction will go into effect as of January 1st, 2015.
