“Save a bag. Save the environment”
Starting from the second half of September, the CONAI campaign on the correct use and reuse of shopping bags, has been launched in collaboration with Federdistribuzione, ANCC Coop and ANCD Conad.
Objective of the project, as effectively stated by the claim “Save a bag. Save the environment” is to educate citizens to a conscientious use of the different types of shopper bags, sensitizing people to their environmental impact and the need not to waste them through proper reuse and recycling. For the next two months, therefore, the distribution chains will identify a period in which to voluntarily activate the activities established by the educational campaign, giving visibility to the related multi-channel information material (leaflets, posters, radio-communiqués, videos, etc.).
The initiative, which will also be widely disseminated on the web and on social networks with the hashtag #controglisprechi [against waste], has already gained the support of seven retail distributors, involving over 2,000 points of sale.
