Strategic buy-up

As of the first of July last the German slitter-rewinder builder Goebel Schneid und Wickel Systeme GmbH became part of the IMS Deltamatic group (Calcinate, BG).

With this buy-up the Bergamo based group further reinforces its own presence on the international market, which it presides over with five HQs (2 in Italy and one in Germany, the USA and China), over 300 employed and a turnover of around 70 million euros.
