Winning papers

Mondi’s state-of-the-art paper and industrial bags have won over the judges at Austria’s annual industry Prontissimo awards, which recognises the creative design and printing perfection of unusual printed matter, and Emballissimo, which is awarded to packaging solutions that not only meet high standards of function and design but that are also innovative.

Mondi won the Printissimo award for its Mondi BIO TOP 3® paper, a material with natural haptic and off-white shade, FSC® certified and without any optical brightening agents (OBAs). The second award has been won by the Mondi Sheekan Bag, an industrial bag with a complete moisture barrier, combining a special PE film with an adhesive strip. This bag maintains its high filling speed and has an Easy Seal valve that further protects its content during handling and storage.
