Workers award Ensinger

The online survey “Best Employer 2014”, conducted in Germany by Focus magazine, has elected Ensinger GmbH (a plastics converter) as the best employer among candidates in the category of machine and plant engineering/multi-technology industrial sector.

The study involved 2,000 concerns with at least 500 employees each, divided into 22 industrial sectors and 2 size classes (large and medium), and 12,000 employees of every age and position. Contacted through the social network Xing with questions designed to ascertain how much they would be willing to recommend their employer as a place to work, these employees were also able to evaluate other employers in the same sector.
Ensinger employs more than 2,100 people worldwide, 1,500 of which in its three German plants. Commitment, individual responsibility and individual dignity are the historic values of this concern which carries forward a project of managing its employees based on encouraging decision-making processes, guaranteeing the safety and trust necessary to grow at all levels.
