Device for multi-layer labels

De Rossi Vittoriano Srl (Paderno Dugnano, MI) has developed a new system for the production of multi-layer labels (coupons, booklets etc.), adapted for insertion in all printing machine types.

It consists in a simple and intuitive device that is capable of producing labels with from 2 to 5 layers, designed for completing in line a label type that would otherwise require multiple steps, generating a high level of waste.
The system is made up of a cutting unit with an extremely high level of precision and reliability, inclination units with easy adjustment to the micrometer for making tasks simple and repeatable, and a micrometric register system that guarantees the exact position of the various layers.

This device can be perfectly integrated with the machine, can be equipped with quick “cartridge” insert/eject systems and has been tested for a production speed of 100 m/min, conforming with sector standards. Furthermore, it is economical (an estimate can be released in a timely fashion, requiring just a few simple data) and carefully tailored: De Rossi Vittoriano works together with the user in order to develop the configuration most suited to the user’s requirements.
