Filling and capping at the fair

Ronchi Mario SpA will not miss the important appointment with Interpack where, on its booth E-01 in Hall 8A will display a few of the most interesting machines in its production.

One such machine is the filling-capping monoblock mod. EXACTA/RM 18/6 equipped with mass-type flow-meters, servo-driven scroll and a 6-head capping station equipped with brushless motors.
Renowned the world over, the filling machines of the EXACTA series represent the ideal solution for the cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Also on show the pump placer mod. SIRIO/PT 8T suitable to handle both spray and trigger pumps , with 8 capping heads driven by brushless motors to servo-control the rotation of each single head as well as their vertical motion (electronic cam): this new application studied by Ronchi ensures the highest level functionality, high flexibility in handling  both “ common” caps and pumps, regardless whether these are dispenser or  trigger style.
