The versatility of GNova XSteril

The latest addition to the GNova family, GNova XSteril adds technical improvements to the preformed web pouch filling process that make it even more versatile and user-friendly. The new automatic horizontal line for spoutless aseptic filling of food liquids is compact and highly adaptable, ensuring a seamless workflow thanks in part to the simple handling of box change and pouch infeed.

The latter are made in-house by Goglio from multilayer high-barrier laminate with aluminum (1 to 5 l capacity formats), supplied in pallboxes of up to 15,000 pieces.

More product, less packaging with Pillow UP®

The other novelty developed by Goglio’s research and development team is Pillow UP®, the packaging created to meet the needs of customers in the food industry and then extended to the detergent sector. Pillow UP® pouches adapt to different types of processes, such as hot-fill, retort, and sterilizable. Not only that, thanks to the special patented shaping, the pouch can be laid flat inside a box, making it easier to store and transport the product (resulting in reduced costs), or laid upright on a flat surface.

Additional advantages come from the convenient handle, which ensures maximum maneuverability. In addition, compared to rigid packs, Pillow UP® takes up very little space both before filling and after consumption, as the empty pouch becomes as thin as a sheet. This is a major plus that confirms Goglio’s commitment to fighting waste and respecting the planet and its balances.
