Tube filling machine series C1060-C1075
Born to repeat the success of the extraordinary C960-C970 series, the new C1060-C1075 family comes to the market with experience enough to maintain its supremacy in medium speed tubefilling segment.
The approach to development of this model was based on throughout fine-tuning, introducing substantial upgrades while retaining its innate design flexibility to deal with several applications.
Thus the new C1060-C1075 series still remains the “quintessence” of reliability, ergonomy and ease of use: this recipe for success remains unvaried, as well as the concept of “top class performance in compact size”.  

What's new. IMA highlights the innovative features of the C1060-C1075: dosing pump that can be dismounted without tools, quick changeover from metal to plastic tubes (and vice versa), easy-to-adjust tube loader and smart HMI, provided with USB port for batch data collection.  
The electrical cabinet integrated within machine footprint, hinged and completely insulated from mechanical drive, allows an easy access to the four sides of the basement for maintenance operations.
Suitable to handle aluminium, polyethylene and laminate tubes, this model is marked by a sturdy stainless steel frame, 10-station turntable with direct drive, diving nozzle with positive shut-off valve and nozzle cleaning by adjustable air blow. Available also in special executions (for handling of tubes with different body shapes such as unidose, cannulas and vet syringes) it also can perform - on request - different seal shapes on polyethylene tubes.
The C1060-C1075 series performs up to 75 tubes per minute.

The versatility of the A50 over wrapping machine 
This over wrapping machine is specifically designed for the cosmetic, food and tea markets; it meets the request of reduced overall dimension, accessibility, a very easy size changeover procedure and excellent reliability.
Built for the over wrapping of cartons, trays and other parallelepiped products with fully mechanical movements to reduce the need for maintenance, the A50 uses cellophane, PVC, PP and all reel-fed, heat-sealable film types.
Compact in size, the A50 uses an innovative film transport system designed to allow for difficult and thin films.

The system structure. In line with European standards - referring to electronic system, noise level and operator guard - the A50 is characterized by:       
● film unwinding by means of driven drums to move film under guillotine knife.
● lateral folding box with second and third fixed folders.
● lateral reciprocating heat-sealing plates.
● centralized adjustments equipped with digital indicator for size changeover.
● reel holder with quick release and fixed stop to facilitate reel replacement.

The machine also benefits from a host of optional groups to respond to specific needs and enhance performance such as tear tape application; electronic film unwinding, printed film registration, reel trimming unit, on edge transversal sealing, film perforation, wheels for machine displacement, lateral sealing belts, possibility to use Kraft paper.
