Safe clamping, in one motion

Elesa toggle clamps are widely used in the industry for the processing of metal, wood, plastics and, in general, whenever high clamping torque and repetitive movements to lock components quickly and safely are required.

All the solutions guarantee perfect clamping with simple opening and closing motions, even in the presence of heavy shaking or vibrations: a special toggle-joint mechanism allows the clamping lever to reach an ample angle of rotation, while opening, with a slight movement of the components in order to vacate the working area facilitating both placement and removal of the work piece.
Made out of a ground and hardened steel support bushes and control levers to prevent impact on functioning due to side thrust, all series are designed to support high clamping forces.
The ergonomic handle, made out of polyurethane, red colour, is resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemical agents and it ensures a safe and firm grip for the operator.
The range is divided into different solutions depending on the configuration of the toggle-joint mechanism. In addition to the more traditional vertical and horizontal series, one can also find Latch clamp series (with and without safety stop); push-pull clamp series; pneumatic clamp series; stainless steel clamp series, Long Life series (see photo) and weldable latch clamp series.
