Syrups and distilled products looks to labeling

Latest generation labelers with guaranteed quality for the vast and diversified beverage market.

P.E. Labellers supplied them to two global sector leaders that require the necessary functionality and life cycle guarantees.
The French Monin, which reigns over syrups with a production of 75 million bottles per year going to 100 countries on 6 continents, looks to the Modular Plus 1120. A long-standing partner of P.E. Labellers, the concern acquired two versions of the system, equipped with 4 and 5 peninsula labeling stations, with mixed glue/self-adhesive technology for the concern’s new facility and Mali, and in France, respectively.
For its part, the Italian concern Distillerie Caffo, which celebrates 100 years of business in 2015 and is pursuing a further acceleration of development by integrating historic P.E. machines (the concern still uses one from 1978 to label “mignons”) with a new latest generation acquisition, the Modular Plus 960 14, with integrated servomotors and 5 stations. Four 60 m/min self-adhesive machines with a non-stop system apply front labels and back labels and 1 cold glue machine, fitted with a hot-melt reinforcement system to apply L-shaped seals. The versatility of this labelling machine enables it to be used on nearly the entire range of Caffo products..
