Technologies for beauty

The Marchesini Group will take stock of innovations, technologies and trends during Cosmopack in Bologna (postponed in September) the most important international exhibition dedicated to the cosmetics production chain.

Marchesini Group Beauty renews its appointment with the Bolognese kermesse where, in a large stand of 270 square meters, it will exhibit single machines and lines for the complete packaging of cosmetic products branded Marchesini Group, Dumek, Axomatic and V2engineering.

● Among the numerous solutions available, the parent company focuses on two consolidated names: Diamante - monoblock for filling and capping equipped for the occasion with the two feeder units wiper and sphere - and SL200 / F2T, automatic labeling machine for cream jars, which mounts on board two cameras of the partner SEA Vision to control the application of labels.

● To demonstrate Dumek technology, a TURBO-MEK 2000 turbo-emulsifier, a Melter 100 melter and a semi-automatic Filly 1100 filler, stand alone machines for the high quality process of liquid, creamy and pasty products of the cosmetic industry will be at the fair.

● Acquired last year by Marchesini Group together with V2engineering, Axomatic presents two Axomix 10 and 300 liter vacuum mixers, for both laboratory and industrial production of emulsions, creams, milks, gels, balms, toothpastes and other industrial products cosmetic and pharmaceutical.
The Axomix will be joined by two tube filling machines of the Axo series, of which the Axo800 will be in line with the VcentoseiC horizontal cartoning machine and the V2engineering automatic wrapping machine V122. Together, these machines form an advanced solution capable of packaging biodegradable pipes made with wood and recycled plastic: a concrete response to the growing attention towards more sustainable packaging.

● Axoblock 160, evolution of Axomatic's fillers and corkers, will also be on display at the stand. Designed for dealling with both stable and unstable bottles containing dense, semi-dense and liquid products, among the strengths of Axoblock 160 we remember a new generation machine engine with low energy consumption, filling and capping systems operated by servo motor and adjustable directly from the control panel, as well as the predisposition for the online connection of all devices, in view of Industry 4.0.
In particular, Axoblock 160 guarantees an extremely rapid format change, an ideal feature to meet the needs of companies and subcontractors who work with many customers and products with different diameters. The maximum mechanical speed is 2,400 cycles/h.
