It is an effective combination of the VLT® OneGearDrive gearmotor (standard hygienic version), the VLT® AutomationDrive FC 302 high performance inverter and the new decentralized solution for permanent magnet motor control called VLT® Decentral Drive FCD 302 (standard hygienic version).
Specialized in the manufacture of drives, Danfoss offers EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) certified products designed for installations on board the machine in which hygiene is crucial.
That is why VLT® OneGearDrive and VLT® Decentral Drive FCD 302, thanks to their perfectly smooth surfaces, which are resistant to disinfectants and the most aggressive cleaners, adapt perfectly to this type of applications.
With VLT® FlexConcept, Danfoss also enables choosing between central and decentralized control.
The inverter system + three-phase permanent magnets synchronous motor + gearmotor combination also enables a reduction in energy consumption, waste and CO2 emissions.
