SIAX XPC numerical control

The result of over a decade of research and development, Sipro’s PC-based SIAX XPC numerical control is a cutting-edge solution, able to meet performance requirements aiming at maximum results.

Based on a Real Time Windows® 64- bit system with a Quad-Core processor, SIAX XPC makes it possible to obtain excellent results: a sampling time of 250 microseconds, interpretation speed of 350,000 blocks per second, management of up to 256 axes through the Ethercat camp, management of up to 64 interpolating groups. The solution permits the use of various geometries (scara, polar, delta, cartesian) already implemented in the software. SIAX XPC numerical control, moreover, is easily interfaceable with the most common CAD/CAM through the ISO code and is programmable according to the IEC 61131 standards for the PLC part. The system allows for connection to an external monitor through DP Port / HDMI / DVI / VGA, with regards to which Sipro offers its own range of industrial monitors in WIDE format and with a 15 to 21” capacitive touchscreen.

Finally, installation of SIAX XPC allows for the certification of the machinery in compliance with the standards required for the Industry 4.0 paradigm and is able to interface with supervisions systems through OPC UA protocol.
