Founded in 1992, Labelpack has always maintained its commitment to the study and implementation of solutions for automatic labeling in the name of continuous technological innovation and with the aim of providing customers with tailor-made, efficient, reliable solutions, with a particular attention to customer satisfaction.


At Cosmopack 2020 the company will be presenting MASTER TT, an innovative solution designed for labeling empty cosmetic tubes.

The tube fed automatically by a charger placed outside the system is conveyed to the main carousel where a series of 10 spindles are housed, which receive the tube and move it to the various stations.
 
The application of the label is entrusted to a LABELX 140 ES, available with a maximum label width of 140 mm or 250 mm, whose application speed is automatically synchronized with the product rotation speed.

The rotation device is managed by a brushless servomotor, with the possibility of automatic orientation of the label position with respect to the opening of the flip top cap, or with automatic reading of a pre-printed notch on the tube itself.

The support structure is made with the characteristic balcony construction, with the electrical control panel located at the rear of the machine, and is equipped with polycarbonate protections with openable doors for easy access to the system.

The electronic management of the system is managed by a Mitsubishi PLC with touch screen operator interface, equipped with remote assistance access and data exchange with management systems (Industry 4.0 Ready).
