Aetna Group at Interpack
Aetna Group is bound to Interpack by a long tradition, and in this edition too the Group companies propose important innovations to the market (hall 12, stand F15).
Rotoplat Series 8 is the Robopac proposal, featuring the Multilevel Control, the innovative hardware and software solution that allows the breakdown of the product in 5 different levels all with adjustable thickness and for each of these you can adjust the pull of the film, the prestretch (only on motorised trolleys), the reinforcement rotations, the plate rotation speed, trolley speed, the type of creasing of the film and even the presence or not of the containment pressure roller. Robopac Systems presents the restyling of the Helix rotating arm family. Not only an aesthetic operation to reduce bulk and facilitate use, but a real rationalization of the range along with a number of solutions that allow significant savings in the consumption of materials and in maintenance. One example is the world premiere of TPM Ready technology, a holistic approach in order to optimize the maintenance on the machine to a max by reducing stoppages, flaws, and breakdowns to a bare minimum.
Dimac will be showing St@r Master, the evolution of the St@r shrinkwrapper family, which contains important innovations in many components, from food to configuration, from the reel bearing unit and unwinding of film to the shrink tunnel.
At the Aetna Group stand also the new TC300 Prasmatic wrapping/bundling machine, the most modular universal and flexible solution in end-of-line packaging for mid speed production, with a completely new design and includes a free-standing tubular frame and large sliding panels: characteristics that facilitate access and maintenance operations, in addition to giving a complete visibility of the mechanical moving parts and of the workcycle.
