They are so reliable that they carry a thirty year warranty. In particular, the stand featured a line comprising a casepacker and a palletizer. Set up to package rolls of adhesive tape, the casepacker featured significant innovations: reduced bulk, high performance (80 piece/minute cycles, with 100 x 300 mm units), made possible by a double clamp and a double verticalizer (patent pending), which picks up a cylindrical product laid on its side and stands it up vertically.

Format changeover is quick and immediate, with easy and error-free adjustment thanks to a handwheel with position indicator and instructional icons displayed on the touchscreen operator panel. The palletizer, flexible and efficient, also features compact dimensions and high productivity: in optimal conditions it can reach 18 cycles/minute, a 20% increase over previous versions, and no format adjustment time. But Lancia’s real innovation with this palletizer lies in the adoption of a high performance motion system and a remote control multimedia connection.
