3D sublimation

Sublimation is the hot transfer of a printed image on a special substrate onto a surface to be decorated.

INCA has “interpreted” this technology, finalising a process in order to obtain a perfect high-definition image and a constant decoration reproducibility. The technique devised by the Varese (Porto Valtravaglia) based company can be applied on containers of different shapes, on surfaces with depressions or reliefs with a final results developing in 3D. The flexibility is such as to guarantee the same quality on all materials -aluminium, plastic, glass - for applications that range from cosmetics packaging to wines and spirits.
As well as ensuing a painstaking print quality, no limit to the most subtle shade of coloring is posed, enabling the choice between transparent or fully opaque. The system also economical in the event of small production lots.
