Beauty Division with great potential

In Marchesini Group’s growth strategies, cosmetic packaging is playing a very important role: the confirmation at Cosmopack 2019, which will host solutions renewed in form and content.

An automatic line for filling-closing squeezable tubes that is completed with a cartoner; two Dumek Turbo-Mek stand-alone turboemulsifiers.

At the A9PK stand in hall 19, a dedicated team will guide visitors in the discovery of Marchesini’s solutions, illustrating the potential of the Group’s Beauty Division.
Incidentally, the new business unit - that has been operating for some time - will be located a short distance from the Pianoro headquarters and will also include Dumek* machines, which are helping to make the company even more competitive in a constantly growing market.

Technological solutions on show

• The cosmetic line - evergreen of the Marchesini cosmetic production - is composed upstream of a MILL 120 linear automatic filler-closing machine with Robovision (left) and downstream of the MA 155 (right), the cartoning machine that shows novelties in the design of the casings, the electrical panel, the pneumatics and uses new components to respond ever better to safety regulations.

• Representing the Dumek brand, two Turbo-Mek turboemulsifiers will be on show, one for laboratory production, the other with a capacity of one thousand litres for industrial production.
Vacuum turboemulsifiers - top machines in the Dumek catalog - are designed to make liquid and creamy products such as emulsions (creams and milks), serums, oils and conditioners, gels and lotions; special versions of these machines are able to treat other specific products such as make up (mascara, foundation cream), hair dyes, toothpastes and muds.
