CAMA FW Series, at the service of bakery

FW748: how it works. This system allows packing 135 wafer pillow bags, which arrive from 3 vertical machines into wrap-around cases by means of case packer machine. Each wafer bag is consist of 220/125 gr mini wafer.
Bags arrive from 3 vertical machines in standing form, short side leading on N.3 transport conveyor. With maximum velocity of 45 bags/min.
At the end of each conveyor, there is a phasing unit, which uses to change the product direction 90° and lay them down with button face leading. The purpose of this system is to facilitate the introducing of products into wrap-around (FW748) machine.
A merging unit is foreseen before FW748 machine to merge the 3 tracks to 1, which works with AC motors.
The velocity of transport conveyor after merging unit is 135 bags/min; lay down, long side, button face leading.
The bags will be introduced to the CAMA FW748 machine by means of accelerating belt. CAMA machine will put the bags in standing position by means of a multiple pocket system and after that will introduce them into Wrap-around cases in the requested configuration. CAMA FW748 machines give to the customer the opportunity of packing different products into wrap-around or display cases with very quick and reliable changeover.
